• Please note that if you choose the Dubai Parks & Resorts 2 Park Pass as one of your chosen attractions, this will use 2 of your Flexi tickets.
• Please note that some bookings cannot be cancelled or amended once made so please select carefully.

• A period of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-On Hop-Off Bus tour excluded).
• Unused passes can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the travel date.
• Passes with advanced bookings made to selected attractions might be partially refunded.

For all information on the included attractions and to make your attraction bookings please follow the following steps:

1. Download the Smartvisit app (https://app.smartvisit.com/download).
2. Complete the registration
3. Use the ticket number printer under the QR Code to Add the pass to the app
4. Select the attractions you are interested in.
